Clay Town Center is a collaborative effort of land developers and community leaders to provide an up-and-coming development that will better serve the growing community of Clay County, Florida.

One Convenient Location

Located at the intersection of Branan Field Road and Old Jennings Road, this developing site is located near the historical Branan Air Field that served as a US Navy air base during World War II. During that time, it would have been very common to see various aircraft in the skies over Clay County and Duval County, including the Grumman F8F Bearcat, the Douglas SBD Dauntless Dive Bomber, the Curtiss SB2 Helldiver Dive Bomber, the Grumman TBM/F Avenger and the F4U Corsair that is portrayed in the Clay Town Center logo. We are honored to preserve this significant part of the Clay County history by recognizing the impact this airfield had on the developing area during that era.
