Professional Office Space Under Construction at Clay Town Center

Clay Town Center is excited to announce the construction of a new professional office complex in the growing development. Clay County Town Center Office Park LLC will offer state-of-the-art facilities to businesses and professionals seeking to establish a premier presence in the area. 

The new office park will be situated in the heart of Clay Town Center on Corsair Lane, making it easily accessible to both clients and business owners. The building’s location provides convenient access to the restaurants, retail spaces, hotels and storage facility planned for the Clay Town Center development. 

With a total area of 25,000 square feet, Clay County Town Center Office Park will feature six buildings with modern amenities such as high-speed internet, advanced security systems, and energy efficient appliances. Each building will be designed to accommodate multiple tenants, with 2,230- and 4,460-square-foot units available.

The construction of the new professional office building is expected to be completed by the 3rd quarter of 2023.

The new Clay County Town Center Office Park is a partnership between Clay Town Center Hospitality LLC, planning and design firm Kimley-Horn, and real estate broker Xera Realty, LLC. Skyline Construction is the general contractor for the complex. The project is expected to create countless jobs in the construction industry and contribute to the local economy.
